Xelivor
Explore our high-performance connectivity components, precision-engineered to meet hyperscale data center, telecom, and industrial automation standards.
Xelivor Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of optical transceivers and fiber connectivity solutions, dedicated to serving global data center, telecom, enterprise network, and cloud computing industries. Established in 2016, the company operates from a modern manufacturing facility covering 386 m² and has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-performance optical communication products worldwide.
Our engineering expertise goes beyond standard optical assemblies. We specialize in signal reflection management, impedance matching, and high-frequency network termination technologies. By matching robust physical construction with precise 100-ohm / 120-ohm resistor parameters, our RJ45 terminators minimize return loss and near-end crosstalk (NEXT) across demanding industrial environments.

An in-depth look at how impedance discrepancies affect data packet transmission, and how Xelivor's termination architectures maintain low SNR degradation.
In high-speed communication systems, transmission lines are characterized by their physical properties, notably their characteristic impedance. For standard Category cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, Cat8), this characteristic impedance is nominalized at 100 ohms. Any mismatch at the end of a transmission line acts as an electrical boundary, forcing a portion of the electromagnetic signal back to its source.
This phenomenon, known as signal reflection, is a major source of electromagnetic interference (EMI), noise, and data corruption in serial buses (such as Modbus RTU over RS-485) and Ethernet loopback interfaces. Uncontrolled reflections create standing waves, causing signal degradation and severe packet loss. To suppress these reflections, a termination resistor matching the characteristic impedance of the transmission line must be connected in parallel at the physical endpoints. Xelivor's RJ45 terminators utilize precision metal-film resistors with ±1% tolerances, ensuring exact matching and unparalleled signal integrity.
Return Loss (expressed in dB) represents the ratio of reflected signal power to the incident signal power. A higher return loss indicates superior signal absorption and minimal reflection. Xelivor RJ45 terminators achieve an impressive > 25 dB return loss at frequencies up to 500 MHz, mitigating both Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) and Far-End Crosstalk (FEXT) in high-density rack configurations.

How Xelivor's termination technologies solve communication errors across varying regional frameworks and industrial sectors.
In hyperscale data centers across Oregon, Virginia, and Texas, network technicians rely on diagnostic RJ45 loopback terminators for automated remote port verification. During high-density fiber-to-copper switches installation, loops are mapped to trigger immediate port status verification, minimizing physical labor and optimizing server rack commission timelines.
Across Germany, France, and Scandinavia, modern grid automation utilizes Modbus RTU/TCP protocols running over CAT-class field buses. Xelivor's 120-ohm RJ45 terminators are widely deployed in wind turbine control towers and substation PLC nodes to stop echo reflections, complying fully with CE regulations and IEC EN 61000 industrial noise-immunity standards.
From high-speed rail control networks in Japan and China to deep-water maritime electronics in Singapore, our RJ45 terminal plugs are implemented to counter severe vibration and wide temperature swings. High-density shielding prevents EMI from high-voltage electric motors and traction currents from corrupting sensor signals.
As the "World's Factory," China's hardware ecosystem provides unmatched raw material access and component density. Our long-term cooperation with more than 850 supply chain partners allows Xelivor to source premium resistors, specialized polymer resins, and gold-plated pins rapidly, reducing product design cycles from months to days.
By operating inside this vertical cluster, we mitigate raw material inflation and shipping bottle-necks. Even for high-mix, low-volume orders, we maintain exceptionally short lead times. From initial prototyping to full production runs, our facility handles complex requirements with ease.
Quality is at the core of our operations. Our quality management system incorporates incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, aging tests, compatibility verification, optical parameter testing, and final product inspection. A professional quality assurance team of 32 inspectors ensures every product meets strict international standards before shipment.
How Xelivor is scaling its technological capabilities to align with next-generation high-bandwidth networking protocols.
As data transmission rates approach 40 Gbps and beyond over copper (Cat8 standards), signal wavelengths become shorter, intensifying the effects of high-frequency attenuation and phase shift. Yesterday's passive RJ45 termination technologies cannot meet the signal-to-noise ratio requirements of next-generation infrastructure.
Xelivor's engineering roadmap focuses on three main developments:
Through our dedicated R&D team of 68 engineers, who launched more than 85 new products last year, we continue to research and develop next-generation network termination solutions.
Navigating global regulatory environments is a complex process. Xelivor simplifies this by offering complete certification support for all localized installations. All RJ45 terminators are manufactured in accordance with strict international guidelines, ensuring hassle-free importation and installation processes.
